Our aim is to ensure that all clients receive a friendly, personalised and confidential service, where policy details and available options are clearly explained, enabling clients to make an informed decision.
Healthy Horizons understands that clients do not want to be passed from person to person when having to discuss their medical and personal information, that’s why we can guarantee that you will be looked after by the same account manager throughout your policy renewal and contract year. Building relationships with our clients is key to our success.
We recognise that sometimes it is difficult to discuss personal issues during office hours, therefore, we offer the flexibility to book an appointment, either in person or over the phone, at a time convenient to you.

Katherine Kentish has been in the Private Medical Insurance industry since the year 2000 and is experienced in not only providing advice on a vast range of health insurance products, but also gained experience in delivering healthcare products when she was Clinical Team Manager of a BUPA Wellness Centre in London.
Katherine has a joint honours degree in Physical Education, Sport Science and Social Science and continues to maintain a keen interest in all areas of health promotion and delivery. Her passion to deliver a personalised and professional service, one of which clients will be happy to recommend to friends and family, was the driving force behind the decision to set up Healthy Horizons which continues to be her benchmark.

Neil Kentish joined Healthy Horizons Ltd on a full time basis in 2019. Neil has taken on the role of Operations Director and oversees the daily running and continued growth of the business.
Neil has extensive experience in senior managerial roles within the public sector. He has managed large-scale change programmes in complex organisations and has held a number of positions on statutory boards in both Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire.
